A native of Chennai (Madras), India, Dr. Sarma was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. After her undergraduate studies and medical school at Temple, she went on to an internship at Pennsylvania Hospital and a residency at Lehigh Valley Medical Center. A fixture in the community, Dr. Sarma is also conversant in several Indian languages. Her natural warmth and dedication to her patients, helps make her well liked by her patients. Dr. Sarma is fluent in Hindi and Telugu.
