Obstetrics is the specialty of medicine concerned with pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period.  

At Delaware Valley, we care for both high-risk and low risk pregnant women. We pride ourselves in providing excellent quality of care in a warm, comfortable setting.

We have considerable experience in caring for high risk pregnancies including:

• Multiple pregnancies
• Diabetes
• High blood pressure
• Toxemia/ preeclampsia
• Prior c-section
• Hypertension
• VBAC - vaginal birth after c-section
• Older woman and teenage pregnancies
  

We do our deliveries at the University Medical Center at Princeton. We also have arrangement for coverage at Capital Health System at Mercer as needed.

For those who prefer a more holistic approach to childbirth, but the knowledge that an Obstetrician is available, we offer a full complement of Certified Nurse-Midwives.
